My methodology
Since chemistry for the IB Diploma, especially HL (High Level), has a wide range of topics and is quite demanding, it requires a proper preparation for a successful result. My methodology is based on two distinct phases:

Phase A
Screening and detect student’s needs
Through a personal interview and diagnostic test I detect the level and the needs of each student. The outcome is the basis for determining student’s personal needs. Having as main target chemistry to be the “passport” of success in the IB diploma, I have designed i) online live Interactive and ii) live tutoring, either on individual or on a group basis.
Group lessons have at a maximum three students. I emphasize so each student to be classified in the proper class to achieve the right balance and interaction among students. The maximum learning benefits is my ultimate target.
Phase B
Input -Process- Output
Every student should be familiarized with the Input-Process-Output methodology
i.e.:
a) To understand, classify and correlate data (input).
b) To process the data with specific techniques (process).
c) To develop “smart” responses and maximize the output.
Through different teaching approaches, each student can be taught Chemistry in a way that is comprehensive. Selected exercises in combination with Past Papers and Customized Tests are the tools to detect and fill student gaps.
